WSCI provides semester-long co-op/internship programs for college students. Hired as Field Engineers, Estimators, Project Engineers, or Safety Managers, student interns are trained and encouraged to perform many of the same duties as salaried employees. Every student also participates in mid-term and final reviews with a mentor. This involvement enables interns to develop “real world” skills while getting a taste of what it’s like to work for Western Summit.
