Leadership Succession Program

In 2009, WSCI introduced the LSP, a program designed to leverage the strength and expertise of today’s leaders in preparing the leaders of tomorrow. Nominations for the LSP program allow participants to be partnered with an experienced coach in preparation for an accelerated career path. Employees are eligible for nomination after two years of employment. 

Performance Management

WSCI offers routine annual evaluations of an employees’ performance. New employees receive an evaluation every six months during their first two years of employment, then annually thereafter.
