Western Summit Constructors is pleased to announce they have been named in Training Magazine’s 2010 Top 125 Global Companies with Excellent Training, coming in at No. 81.
Training Magazine, the training industry’s premier publication, annually selects 125 organizations that excel at associate development. They measured WSCI’s Training Program/Scope, Training Infrastructure and Delivery, and our Human Resources Department. They then evaluated us on results, innovation, how our training is linked to our business goals, and the applicability of our best practices companywide and to other organizations and industries.
This is a phenomenal showing for our first year in the competition.
